Hi Flagos
If some certificates are missing, then I would suggest running the following command in both ATDs in CLI
# recreatesshkey
If that doesn't help, please go ahead and upgrade
Best regards,
Hi @hsadi ,
Thanks for that suggestion! Just one more question. Running this command could cause any downtime or problem? Both ATD-3200 appliances are racked in a data center and I just want to be sure that it is not necessary to have local access in case something goes wrong.

Hi Flagos
The command does not cause any issue or down time. In a load balancing cluster, the ATD appliances communicate with each other through SSH, using password SSH keys for authentication. In any setup, if the keys are erased or there is problem in communication between nodes, SSH keys can be regenerated using this command.
Hope this helps,
Hi again @hsadi,
Thanks for the explanation! I used restoresshkeys in both machines, erased the current cluster configuration and tried again. However, I got the same result. Anyway, I´ll let you know the result after upgrading to 4.14.2.
