Hi,
I'm unable to upload sample files in our ATD box. This was happened suddenly. When I trying to submit the file its not getting pop up hash values of the file. Even its not generating any event at the "analysis reports"
Note: Previously we accessed the ATD box via the IP. But as per the security concerns we had to changed it to access only with host name.

There are known issues regading access to ATD using DNS and not FQDN. This also affected manual upload.
Please check out ATD Known issues for 4.4

You may wish to consider upgrading to ATD 4.6.2 to see if this fixes the issue.

ATD Temp area may be full.
we cannot see this with user access. Support engineers need to look.

Thanks for the response, As you said there was issue with DNS, Once I changed it to "allow access via IP Address" problem solved. But there were not known issues with the existing version.(4.4)
