Hello sunilgmanj

 There are no sanity checks you need to perform for the upgrade. Simply follow the migration paths mentioned in the ATD release notes for your selected upgrade.  Always use the Migration MSU and not the System MSU from the downloads section of the McAfee support website to Migrate between ATD versions.
