Solidcore Run Commands

Good morning.. In reviewing events, i clicked on the option to 'allow locally'. i then clicked OK on the command to run. They appear to have not run as they are still present in 'client task catalog'. please advise on how to make them run and/or clear them.

Re: Solidcore Run Commands

Hi @mlajoie,

Thank you for your post.

This is a bit tricky. the commands are run by Solidcore client, but in order to reach the endpoint from your ePO console, it depends on McAfee Agent. I would first begin investigation from the ePO, by sending in regular Solidcore commands and seeing if they work (sadmin bu to switch to update mode as an example). This could give us an idea if the issue is with only the tasks that is created via this method or if it impacts all tasks. Based on this we can further continue our investigation. Ideally, it would be better to have a Service Request to investigate these issues further.

Was my reply helpful?

Re: Solidcore Run Commands

interestingly, those commands are gone this morning.  They must've run over the weekend.
