Dear All,

When I am trying to deploy Solidcore from EPO Console in one of the WS19 Machines, the Task is getting Failed.

I could see in the WS19 machine that folders relevant to Solidcore are created, But still the task is failed.

I have attached the Solidcore installer logs from this machine. Can anyone help!!

Regards,

Arun

Re: Unable to deploy Solid core 8.3.4 from EPO Server, Task getting Failed

Dear Team,

I followed the above article, but the task is still failing showing "unknown error"

I deleted the folder but now after this task, it is again created, Even I can see a folder is created in C/Program Files/ Solidcore. But I cannot find any Solidcore in the EPO console & as well on the local machine installed programs.

Still it doesn't work,

I have 2 other ws19 machines but it is working fine there. This machine is only having one software i.e KiwiSyslog Server from solar winds. Other than this there is no other software installed on this WS19 virtual machine.

Re: Unable to deploy Solid core 8.3.4 from EPO Server, Task getting Failed

The issue is resolved, Actually, I was trying to uninstall components using the Mcafee product removal tool. During Scanning, It highlighted some missing certificates for ENS.
I Installed the missing certificate using the Install Certificat option in the tool.
After this, I tried to redeploy components & it worked.
