After installed DLP 11.6 the browser will crashing

My customer have SEP14 installed.

The problem is when installed DLPe 11.6 (tried all version) after that the browser (Chrome/Edge Chromium) tab will crashing . The DLPe installed without any DLP Policy.

What i have done. 

- Change DLP mode on Windows Client Configuration Policy to Device Control Conly --> Work

- Disable only DLP function regarding Browser  Protection on  Windows Client Configuration Policy -->Work

- Symantec exclude file path as KB68520 --> Not work

- Symantec disable all protection such Application And Device Control and other -->Not work

Who ever seen this problem before or any suggestion for me.

Hello and thank you for posting here!

This issue should be resolved in the DLP 11.6.219 HF. This HF is currently RTS and an SR is required in order to obtain access. When opening your SR, you can reference this community post to help expedite the process of the hotfix being provided.

I've deselected Chrome and Edge (Chromium Based). So almost clients can use Chrome browser again. But still find a few clients that Chrome browser is crashed after automatically update from Version 91.0.4472.124 to Version 91.0.4472.164.
