I'm attempting to update Win10/11 clients from DLP 11.9.100.182 to DLP 11.10.0.292
The deploy will fail and the Server Task log will read.

I am running 5.10.0 CU14. I have 1700+ clients where the update is successful w/o any issues and approx 175 where this is failing.
In some cases I have successfully uninstalled the older 11.9.100.182 and then attempted a fresh install of 11.10.0.292 - however the task fails and I'm left with hosts w/o DLP.
Any suggestions appreciated or areas to check for further logs.
I'm interested if anyone has a fix to this issue also, as we have encountered the same issue (on a smaller sampling size as we are in testing) with DLP 11.9 and CU13. Six of 12 agents we have pushed DLP to have taken DLP 11.9, while the six others have not taken DLP (11.9 or 11.6) even though they have the Trellix products (our baseline) we are installing. We get the same results that RLH has displayed (down to "unknown error") when the run client task fails. None of these agents had DLP installed, these are initial DLP installs.
As we are testing before full scale deployment, would like to understand why this is occurring.
Just a note to anyone reading this who has not seen but latest is not to deploy DLP 11.10.0.29 because of an issue where Trellix mistakes user's My Doc s folder for quarantine folder and deletes files. More info under KB96442
Cool, thanx, good info. I can't login to that KB; does this info include DLP 11.10.5.5? I'm assuming that issue was fixed with these subsequent updates.
