DLP Prevent not showing user info in "DLP Incidents"

Jump to solution

We have successfully integrated McAfee DLP Prevent with Web Gateway, created rules for blocking classified docs and everything is working but problem is in the incidents, where we can't see information about user. First of all I thought that NDLP is not sending x-headers with user names. But I monitored the traffic and saw that everything is sent from NDLP to WG. So maybe somebody faced this issue and can help me. Thanks in advance.

For those who will experience this problem in future I would recommend not to use Kerberos authentication and instead use WINNT, NTLM, and LDAP authentication.

Hi , We are dealing with the same problem right now, have you been able to generate a situation that accepts the user field in the event?
