DLP bypass key automation

Hey there,

using an ePO Server 5.3.3 with ENS10, DLP 11 (& File and Removable Media Protection).

want to implement some USB-Block-policies at our company.

my question about this implementation is the following;

is there a way for bypass key automation?

something like when a user wants a bypass key, that the procedure will be automatic.

for instance a button for real time sending (or generate) the key to the user with mail?

can´t find an answer maybe someone can help

That can't be automated.  The bypass keys must be manually generated from the helpdesk tool.
