DLP classification

Jump to solution

Hello,

I am running EpO 5.9.1 DLP 11.3.

I'm setting up Classification rules. In Manual Classification you can check "Manual Classification: Users that belong to the following groups can classify files and emails manually."

This option allows users to both Classify and declassify the desired file. Is there any way to only allow the user to manually classify the file but once classified not be allowed to declassify the file?

Thank you!

namehere,

Once a user is given rights to classify a file, he\she has the option to declassify the file also.

It beyond the product functionality at this point to have that option.

You may submit a Product Idea Request by following below link.

Hi @namehere ,

Thank you for writing in here.

Instead of opting for Manual classification, you can use Automatic classification as it suits the best for your requirement in you issue description.
