Failing upgrading DLP to version 11.6.300

Hello,

We are trying to upgrade  DLP 11.4.0.452 to DLP 11.6.300.

We are deploying from ePO version 5.10.0 Update 10

All pilot systems seem to fail the upgrade

Looking in the DLPAgentInstall.log we find aot of errors and also the lines below.

MSI (s) (78:28) [14:29:55:037]: Product: McAfee DLP Endpoint -- Error 1921. Service 'McAfee DLP Endpoint Service' (McAfeeDLPAgentService) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services.

Anyone experienced this?

Update

We deployed to 10 more systems and some of them succeeded. Still some have problems with the mentioned error.
