Hard to Save file to Common Driver - TGHN0810

Hi Team, One of user facing DLP prevent issue while he save/send file. User on TGHN0810 receiving alerts every time she save to KAS common drive \\cifshkg.core.kmtltd.net.au\grpdata\KAS Group C&B\ folders Occasionally saving and other times it freezes and causes laptop to restart. As we can see it's because of our DLP prevent policy. We need to understand few things. so can we have call..? so ll work on that accordingly. Thanks, Ajay
