I know the process to remove DLP incidents, but according to https://docs.mcafee.com/bundle/data-loss-prevention-11.0.400-product-guide-epolicy-orchestrator/page... - "The task runs daily for live data and every Friday at 10:00 PM for historical data."
I would like to remove incidents associated with particular sites that are deemed approved to process the information. Compliance wants to see immediate results.... I looked in server tasks and client tasks and I don't see it. Once I have the task created, within the DLP incident manager > Incident tasks. From there, how do I make it run immediately or manually? I'm using version 11.5

Hello and thank you for posting here!
The settings you see within the DLP Incident Manager are simply for setting criteria for which incidents to purge. These settings are used an Server Task within ePO to purge the incidents from the database. The "DLP Purge Operational Events and Incidents" and "DLP Purge History of Operational Events and Incidents" server tasks will purge incidents in each table respectively. There is a Run link under the Actions column in Server Task which will run the task immediately. These server tasks can also be modified to run at a specific time.

Corey, As usual, I figured it out after I had posted this... But thank you for confirming and this is exactly how I did it. The only thing I would add is that any additional purge tasks that are part of the "summary" of the "DLP Purge Operational Events and Incidents" will also be ran unless you disable them prior to running.
I appreciate your swift and accurate response.
Thanks again!
