Import devices Bug?

I want to report a bug related to import of devices, but I could not find any other place to post it except here. Faulty behaviour is that outcome of import depend on "path" you are aproaching it.

If I import devices from path: DLP Policy Manager -> Definitions -> Serial Number & End User Pair -> Actions -> New Item -> Import Entries, than everything is fine.

If I import devices from path: DLP Policy Manager -> Rule Sets -> "Name of Rule set" -> "Name of Rule" -> Exceptions -> Excluded Serial Number & User Pair -> ... -> New Item -> Import Entries, than import has incorrect parsing and adds some characters to columns like "|@".

I would like to test the same. May I know the ePO and DLP versions?
