McAfee DLP removal issue while using EPR tool

Hi There,

We encounter an issue when removing McAfee DLP component using EPR tool. It takes about more than 2 hours to remove the DLP component and not getting complete. Need a solution on this

Greetings!

Please note that, McAfee DLP's supported method of uninstallation is using EPO or manual uninstallation using the command line, other methods of removal and issues due to that is not supported by the DLP product support.

Can you help to post your query in the EPR forum or the Endpoint Security since its the EPR tool which is causing the removal delay.
