Hello all,
I'm trying to use DLP tagging from first ePO (DLP) (IS 1) in another (IS 2 with different ePO) and there are no shown tags in the second IS. IS are offline from each other, but I thought that tags supposed to be persistent. So I think, that tags are there, just another DLP doesnt know them and don't show them (I tried to make tag with same names in second ePO (DLP) but with no luck).
So to the question, how can I use tagging from one information system in another?
Thanks for replies.

It will help if you can share exact steps to reproduce the issue. I would begin with HDLP Diagnostic tool to begin troubleshooting for tag related issues. May I know if we isolate the issue to only one ePO and a client machine, what happens if you create a rule and under classifications, you include the tagging? Does the rule trigger?
First I would ensure that tagging mechanism is working for one ePO server and a client machine managed by that ePO.
AFAIK, tags applied using one ePO may not be recognized by DLP Agent of another ePO. Tags are persistent however only wrt to host ePO server and client as Tags are dependent on rules\policies enforced by respective ePO.
Looks like more testing is required provided detailed steps to reproduce the issue are shared.
I dont think troubleshooting is at place DLP at information system 1 (IS 1) is working and tagging as correctly, I just want to use its classification in other information system (IS 2). It is more about what we want/need to achieve and how.
I was thinking some special settings in classification... For example if I will use classification created in TITUS it will be recognized in both ePOs right? So is there a way how to do this just with DLPs? (Question 1)
You are saying, that:
tags applied using one ePO may not be recognized by DLP Agent of another ePO. Tags are persistent however only wrt to host ePO server and client as Tags are dependent on rules\policies enforced by respective ePO.
So if I export (IS1)/import (IS2) policy with desired tags, will documents tagged in IS1 be recognized in IS2? (Question 2)
I dont know if there is more people interesting in such feature, but I think that there is a lot of enterprises with offline and online IS.
