Problems with multiple sessions in DLP 11.0.200.1002

Recientemente instalé el DLP 110.200.1002 en mi entorno, pero tengo un inconveniente y es que el DLP solo aplica la política de un solo usuario. ejemplo:

si un usuario con bloqueo USB está conectado y luego se cambia la sesión y otro usuario puede usar USB, DLP lo bloquea de la misma manera y tengo que reiniciar la PC o cerrar la sesión del usuario que no tiene USB Perms que el DLP puede darle acceso.

por favor, alguien tiene la solución a este inconveniente.

Thanks for the recommendation.
This is my situation with the DLP have if you can help me.

Recently I installed the DLP 110.200.1002 in my environment, but I have one drawback and that is that the DLP only applies the policy of a single user. example:

Okay this might have so many reasons that it´s hard to find a solution from here.

I suggest you open a case with McAfee.

We have DLP 11 running in multiple environments with different other McAfee product besides and I never encountered a problem like this.

Did you look up the known issues for DLP?

I have the same issue. It is my understanding that DLP can support multiple user sessions but the one that is most restrictive will apply to all of them. I'm trying to track down an "official" response but that's what I'm seeing.
