Purge incident with Classification " none " and HTTP Request Payload.txt

I would like to Purge incident with Classification " none " and HTTP Request Payload.txt immediately once it received at ePO

Switch to Incident tasks tab (it is in DLP Incident Manager).
Select Purge Incidents and create a new task:
From available properties select "Classification Name" and change to "is None" from drop-down list;
select "Evidence name" equals "HTTP Request Payload.txt"

But personally I will try to remove Web Protection DLP rules, which records empty classifications.
