Unable to select the tagging and discovery rules options...

hi everyone,

it seems  weird but, is it just me or has someone else ever faced the same problem before? The tagging and classification options under *RULES* category and similarly some options under *DEFINITIONS* category are inactive and i am unable to select them.... I'm using Epo4 with HOST DLP 3.0...

can someone help me out please?

I think your license is for Device Control only, not for full DLP?

You might want to confirm this with your account manager.

I just checked up with the license, and its indeed a license for the complete *HOST DLP 3.0* and not just the device control...perhaps something else might be wrong?

No, you must in DLP properties. See attachment files and check your license again

hey thanks a bunch man...! the screenshot helped! i just had to update my license with the license provided within the dlp software bundle!  i can now have access to all the options!
