Can I block emails based on keywords in the body of the email in the MEG?

I am trying to find a way to blaock emails by keywords in the body of the email. Is this possible on the MEG?

Hi Joe,

 

yes, you can.

It is possible to create custom Compliance Dictionaries with the desired keywords, and which can be included on the anti-spam filter.

With these dictionaries you may influence the SPAMScore of a certain mail. If you wan to block or discard, add scorepoints and create a spamscore based action that discards or rejects the affected email.

Hi ,

 

Yes, you can block the email using compliance setting.

Steps:

1. Create a custom dictionary using the desired words(Email -- DLP and Dictionaries).

2. Create a new rule in compliance settings with the directory. (Email --Email policy -- Compliance --  Compliance)
