The MSME 8.8 Web User Interface (WebUI is installed, but fails to open

We have installed MSME Version 8.8.0.126 successfully on Exchange Server 2016 with OS Server 2016 but WebUI fails to open...

Error: Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

We have added all user ID in the access control and restarted the service.

Any help would be appreciated.

Run as admin the shortcut for web ui.

Also did you add the logged user with correct permissions in acc. control?
