Encryption SmartCard Error "Not Suitable Card"

When running a Policy on PC's set with Smart card login, we have success when users are logging in military CAC cards but some have Work badges that are of Oberthur make and they will not log in to setup Token. When the card is put in and after putting in PIN and pressing Logon the cards present error "Not a Suitable Card"
