Mcafee Encryption 7.3.1.20 second drive not decrypting

I have a server I am decrypting, and I have it under a decrypt policy and the C drive decrypted successfully but its E drive still says Encrypted. I have restarted the server and pushed a wake up to it. How would I go about forcing the secondary drive to decrypt. This is a VM Server that was encrypted. Let me know if you guys need any other information.
