Offline decryption

I have a number of 'Dirty' Laptops. These are used by off site users and are not allowed back on our network, I have full access to the ePO. As these machines are off network the ePO cannot communicate directly.

My question is how can I decrypt the hard drives? I was hoping that I could uninstall client side software use ePO to generate the release code and as part of the process the drive would be de-crypted.

It seems this doesn't work. How do I decrypt a drive when it is off of the network?

Re: Offline decryption

Need to creat a Dtech tool and boot from USB.

Re: Offline decryption

Some of the devices are off in the wilds with users who are shielding. Even if I could post them a USB, USB boot is disabled in Bios. Is there no way inside windows? We have access to ePO and we know the DE username and password. Just need to remove encryption whilst logged on remotely (via TeamViewer)
