Panasonic FZ-G1 J0600CM OSKB DE 7.2.10.56

Having issues getting the OSKB for users who use these tough books on the field. They can't have keyboards attached and they need to be encrypted. The Panasonics have been updated to the latest BIOS version which usually fixes some errors.

Has anyone else had any issues with Panasonics with OSKB the past with McAfee Drive Encryption? Right now we're on DE 7.2.10.56.

Running out of options and wanted to check in the forums before making a SR request with McAfee.

The article, https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB78049 is essentially the guide on where to go from here.  One of the first questions is going to be what firmware type is being used on these devices?  If they are in legacy BIOS mode, it is probable that the OSK input cannot be received as they are not one of the devices listed in the article linked within that one.  If you are using UEFI mode then generally it should be able to work but it relies upon the UEFI environment providing some specific protocols.  That article also links to a touch screen test tool that helps determine if the UEFI environment does provide these protocols.   

It would also be good to check to make sure that any fastboot or quickboot options are set to allow the most thorough boot process within their available choices.
