Password sync

I hope someone can help, we have mcafee drive encryption (currently using 7.2.6.6 and 7.2.8.4). We are constantly having issues when users have to change their password where the AD and mcafee passwords don't sync or can take around a day or two to settle down. A majority of our users are now on office 365 for mail and this seems to cause account lockouts. I was wondering if anyone else has been having this issue or something similar omay know of some settings that may help.

I'm thinking of updating mcafee encryption to the latest version (7.2.9.5) to see it that help.

What McAfee Agent are you using? I would suggest updating to 5.6.1
