Show encrypted users on client

Jump to solution

I can go into EPO and see the list of encrypted users for a client. Where can I go on the client to see a list of users who can log in to the pre-boot?  Need this for troubleshooting steps when someone cannot log in to the preboot.

Opening the Encryption status screen on the client (and assuming you have it active by policy), you can hit the button "Save Machine Info".

It will export a TXT file that will ahve a section called "Assigned Users". I believe that is what you are after.
