Can you provide more information about this issue?
- Are both TDE modules installed
- Was the system rebooted
- Are there domain or user directory users assigned
- Is the system's policy set to encrypt
- Did you check if the system is not already encrypted by other encryption solution such as BitLocker
Can you copy the MfeEpe.log from the following directory C:\Program Files\McAfee\Endpoint Encryption Agent, edit it in order to remove sensitive information and upload it here?
