AMCore no visible

Hola de su apoyo comunicada,

Tengo algunos equipos cuando accedo a: Systems Information - Products - selecciono el producto Endpoint Security Threat Prevention, en la sesion de About no se visualiza la version de amcore.

Cuando ejecuto un filtro con equipo en no cumplimiento de AMCore el comun denominador de los equipos es que no es visible el AMCore en el about de Endpoint Security Threat Prevention

If you check the system locally, is the AMCORE up to date? Are there any errors in the McAfee Tray?

ePO will receive any properties given to it by the Agent. It could be that the Agent is not seeing the properties of ENSTP. The support team would need a MER to look into that. As there are many things which could be causing an issue here, raising an SR with support might be the easiest way to go here.

Gracias, eso hare levantere un SR con soporte, pero queria saber si en la comunidad alguien mas tenia este problema o no se habian dado cuenta de que lo tenian.

El AMCore lo descargo y actualizo a diario y no tiene error, tambien el 90% de mis equipos se actualiza sin problema, pero incluso hice una tarea para instalar el AMCore en equipos en esta situacion, despues de ejecutarla en el equipo con esta situacion la tarea termina de manera correcta, pero el equipo no se ve afectado y continua con la falta de este campo.
