Would you mind sharing the version of ENS you use? I only ask because there is a known issue with ENS, if you are using a version lower than 10.6 / 10.7 Feb Update that you may be encountering:

I'd love to give you some useful tips to investigate this yourself however I would advise getting in contact with our Technical Support Team via an SR so we can assist you. Apart from the mentioned known issue, there are many reasons this issue can occur and none of which are easy to identify without proper log analysis.
