Adaptive Threat Protection slows down computer

Dear Community,

After deployment ATP to several computers most of them encounter a delay by starting an application i.e. a Browser. This happens once after starting the PC new and then if the user restarts the application there is no delay anymore.

Is there a local cache for ATP saved on the computer which can be edited?  How can this delay be avoided?

Does this mean that this behavior, the delay, is normal?

Do I really have to reset the reputation cache manually every time it occurs?

What is the ENSATP version you are using?

It is the version 10.7.0.2714

i have exactly same problem with new windows 10 LTSC 2021 and Trellix ENS 10.7 April 2023 update.
Each application opens in 10/20 seconds, without ATP the problem does not occur.

On newly installed computers.

As usual with Mcfaee/Trellix, old problems...always come back
