Can't install Endpoint 10.6.1 on WIndows 10 -1903

Our issue is not a blue screen.

It fails on this "wanarp.sys" file. 

Support would like us to contact Microsoft about the issue.

I got the update when it came out 3 weeks ago and haven't had the reboot issue, but it also broke Adobe's sandbox. Now I see the update is slated to be released on the 31st of July so end of August came early lol.  So hopefully it works better.

It was from my McAfee rep. There are doing RTS (release to support) right now, so if you are on there list you can get the update.

In the SNS of this afternoon, it was officially confirmed that the release of the new package is planned for 13.08.

"An updated RTS, including a fix for the above issue, is available as of July 31, 2019. Currently targeted for GA on August 13, 2019. "

Is the July update repost (supposedly released Aug 13, 2019) available for ePO Cloud auto-updates? Our systems show Endpoint Security Web Control at version 10.6.1.1068, is this the right version to be able to update our Windows 10 to 1903?  FWIW we are still not able to update to Windows 10 1903 with our Endpoint Security Web Control at version 10.6.1.1068.  .....a little confused here, please help.
