Detection of product '{.a.guid.}', feature 'x64' failed during request for component '{.a.guid.}

This is logged when you right click on any almost any desktop item. A Threat prevention install window opens and an install starts and exits with this error in the event log.

The install does not always run when right clicking. But if you wait long enough and right click again on an object on your desktop it will occur again.

This is happening on almost all our workstations.

It's clear the install is failing because it cannot find a GUID. But I don't know why it runs this install and what the GUID it requires is.

Anyone have any ideas?

I think what you're seeing is described and solved here:
