ENS 10.5.3 - Access Protection rule to track Local Adminstrator logins?

I would like to create a ENS 10.5.3 access protection rule to track local administrator & Service accounts logins to a device.  I want to report as the action for username .\administrator however I cant figure out how to get the subrules for the use case. Any anyone help me with this?
