So i had a few servers running 10.6.0 that had the mfeatp.exe memory leak issue. We went to 10.6.1 to resolve and after a day or so found that mfeesp.exe from 10.6.1 is now chugging away at memory like buy one get 20 free deal.
It was a case of upgrade on one server from 10.6.0 to 10.6.1 and remove 10.6.0, reboot and install 10.6.1.
Doesnt seem like either secnario worked.
I have since discovery amended the protection policy so i can at least restart the service without having to reboot the server or remove ENS but once you restart it it just sits and chuggs away.
All support articles ect poin to 10.6.0 or lower.
Anyone else had this issue with 10.6.1. Dont suspect it is OS specific or application specific either as it is accross OS platform and app.

Hi @Savage
We have seen a couple of reports of mfeesp using a lot of memory. In the cases we've seen so far, we will be addressing this in 10.6.1 November Update. If you've raised a support call already and supplied us with the data as per KB86691, we will be able to verify you are seeing the same issue as reported or not.
Best Regards
Thanks.
