Hi All,
Currently I am not seeing any compliance status info on my ENS 10.6 clients in the Mcafee ePO Dashboard.
I notice from i started to rollout the new ENS 10.6 to my Windows clients I am unable to see the the various Status/Compliace status of what technology is enabled on my ENS 10.6 Clients in the ePO Dashboard. Even when i go into queries and run the respective queries i only get statistics from my ENS 10.5 Windows clients.
My ENS 10.5 Windows clients report fine to the ePO Dashboard, I can see various Status/Compliace status example currently enabled technology, Threat Prevention compliance Status on all my ENS 10.5 as usual.
I dont know if what i am experiencing now is a new feature in ENS 10.6, can someone please help me out here. I am feeling so lost.
Any help will be appreciated, Thanks in advance.

What is the EPO extesion version for ENS?
I dobut ENS 10.5 extension is compatiable with ENS 10.6. Ensure you have ENS 10.6 extensions.
On EPO to go Queries & Reports -> Mcafee Groups -> Endpoint Security, use the quick find search for compliance. You will see all the ENS related complance. Check if the queries return any results.
@humph This disparity can occur when there have been recent changes to the extensions. If you send out a round of wake-up calls to your endpoints, you should begin to see these values synchronize.

Thanks much for the reply @bodysoda I just realize that my ENS 10.6 extensions was not installed and i am still using the old ENS 10.5 extension
I downloaded and installed all the ENS 10.6 extensions for the modules i currently use. and I am now getting back statistics but most of my ENS 10.6 Windows clients are saying "Non-compliant" and the reason is "unknown"
eg. On-access scan Non-compliant On-access scan reason unknown.
If I use ePO and go to System tree and click on individual Windows clients and check there status it says compliant but if i go to the Dashboard or run a Query it says Non-Compliant. There seems to be a mismatch between the individual system and the Dashboard/Query. I am not sure what is happening here but i check most of the systems and On-access scan is enabled and running fine. I need some help getting the compliance back in my Dashboard any help appreciated

@jess_arman Thank you.
I will send out a round of wake-up calls and see if everything gets in sync.
UPDATE: It worked! Compliance is back
