ENS 10.7 April update extensions fail to install

I'm attempting to check in the new April ENS 10.7 bundle into our DEV environment and it fails when checking in the extensions.  It installed the Platform extension, but that's it.  I tried bundle and also tried downloading the bundle and manually checking the TP extension in and it also failed with "the server returned an unspecified error".

Anyone else having this issue?

I opened an SR. They said there is a defect and it has been submitted to engineering.
