Why am I unable to find this version when logging into my acct's Product Downloads?

Hi @User61075048 ,

Thank you for posting on community,

The Sept version will not be available to download on McAfee download site due to Nov version got released recently on 11th Nov. McAfee Download site will only hold the latest version released for any branch either 10.6.X or 10.7.X. 

If you want Sept version packages specifically for your environmental use then please open service request with McAfee Support team and engineer will be able to share the package with you.
