ENS 10.7 all latest Version problem with VMWARE Workspace one, Airwatch 22.6.0.15 Windows 10 ENT

ALL POLICY ARE EMPTY not used for last test > Problems Exists. WEB Module Uninstalled, ATP-Module Uninstalled, Reboot > Problem is still there. All Threat-Module POLICY Are Empty nothing turned on. Debug Mode on. No Solution.

Help needed maybe from someone who has Workspace ONE and ENS 10.7 working.

Anybody know or got an info on this. We have a problem with a larger client where we have ENS 10.7 (All Modules except FW) latest Version, W10 21H1 ENT, All Udpates to 03/2023 Patchday.

Workspace One, Airwatch, VMware.Hub.SfdAgent.DeployCmd.exe, Version: 22.6.0.15

VMware.Hub.SfdAgent.DeployCmd.exe, Version: 22.6.0.15

* All Certificates and CRL are open

* If a user selects a Software in the Self Service Portal in simply does not start

* We trimmed down ALL ENS Policy at a point where we have 95% OFF (Disables, Reboot done) and it does not start.

* As soon as we remove FULL ENS SUite and do the Reboot it starts

* Since beginning all 32 EXE Process we found from Workspace one were excluded where we could, Process, ATP, Exploit etc, ON Access.

* All 4 Code SIgn Certs that Vmware has are fully trusted and imported into ENS COMMON

Any idea before customers want is to force to Windows Defender ATP

In the Logfiles of ENS you see file based nothing that blocks

Any help idea welcome

Hi @SWISS ,

It is possible that I do not understand the exact situation, but if third party applications are affected by installing ENS, please refer to the following KB to isolate the cause.

Also, since it seems difficult to resolve this issue in community, we would appreciate it if you could contact us with a service request instead of posting to the community if the impact of the issue is very big.
