ENS 10 - kinda Application FW ?

I have here a tricky question - the issue came up in a meeting today.

Is it possible, using any ENS 10 tool (Threat Prevention, Firewall, etc.) to limite access to a specific server so that only access from a specific application using a specific ODBC flux can access the database

In our particular case, we has a MS SQL Server and want to limit access so only one specific (EXE or VBS or VB.Net) application can use the specific ODBC flux to access this DB.

This application might run from any one of our workstations or we might later want to limit to a specific group of workstations.
