The ENS July updates have gone from the downloads site so there are obviously some problems.
Why hasn't there been any notification to customers about this?
Solved! Go to Solution.
An SNS was sent out on Saturday.
If you need the package it is still available via request from support. We have removed it so that Technical Support can educate customers on the current emerging issue prior to it being deployed on a wider scale without prior knowledge of the issue.
ENS July has been moved to download upon request.
A KB is being published regarding this change and will be available shortly.
If you would like to acquire copy of the ENS July Update, please raise an SR via Service Portal or contact Technical Support.
Apologies for the inconvenience that this may have caused you.

i'm working with McAfee on this one actually
We Want asap information and official SNS why the JULY 2019 Updates where pulled from LICENCE PORTAL and from EPO?
We already deployed out to two customers.
Urgent
the information is in the KB i mentionned earlier. the issue is described fully there. You can request it from the support if you need it and if you can proceed to the test mentionned.
Personally, i deployed it on 100 alpha and beta computers (production environment) without any issue at all but when i enlarged a little bit the scope for a test phase 3, i "hit" some computers that were in the case mentionned into the KB.
i would like to add that it is because i take care and tested heavely the july version that this issue has been detected by me. Never go too quick in production even with minor update.
1) Customers with 1903 W10 NEED the JULY ENS 10.6.1 STANDALONE install (OR they run unprotected)
2) McAfee had ENOUGH time to develop the Version (Yes we know that in finall RTM 10% Code changes)
3) NOW since ANY Customer with 1903 FRESH install (NOT Upgrade from 1809 and ENS 10.6.1 MAY > Migrated to 1903) HAS NO VIRUS Protection.
Dont you think it's not the right time for:
"Never go too quick in production even with minor update."

A simple solution (yes it is not the perfect one but it can help) is to install them the VSE latest version that do work on the latest w10 version. In a few days, as soon as the correction will be available you'll be able to upgrade those computers.
