ENS Storage Protection with multiple ICAP scanners

We are setting up ENSSP and want to use multiple ICAP servers.

In the ICAP policy, Connections and Server tab there's a connections list where you can accept/restrict scan requests from multiple ip addresses and an ICAP Server Configuration section where you enter the Bind address (the IP address of the scan server where Endpoint Security Storage Protection is installed.)

The bind address only allows the entry of 1 ip address. Is it possible to have multiple ICAP scanning servers, and if so how do you enter their addresses?

Re: ENS Storage Protection with multiple ICAP scanners

Hi @ChrisQ ,

I understand that you would like to be able to use multiple IPs in Bind Address.

One option is to uncheck the following and enter bind address on each scan servers manually.

Overwrite ICAP Server configuration on each client.

There isn't an option to configure multiple bind address in a single ICAP Policy. You may log a ticket with technical support to cross check if Loop Back can be used instead.

Thanks

The default does have 127.0.0.1, so it looks like this is possible
