ENS Web threat protection only allows domain admins to visit websites

Dear guys,

Endpoint Security Web threat protection only allows domain admins to visit websites and blocks other users even after excluding the addresses. I could not find the solution, any idea?

Hi , 

Allow/Block of any URL based on the ENS Web control policy configuration  and also the reputation of the URL .

When you say  "blocks other users even after excluding the addresses" , does this mean you have added the URL to allow list in ENS WC policy ?

Yes I have excluded the URLs.

Actually when I run Internet Explorer with option "Run as administrator" evertything is fine but when I run it normally with a domain user logged in it does not open websites. However when I disconnect the ENS Web Protection then it is OK and we do not need to run it with "Run as administrator".
