ENS affecting powershell?

I'm getting reports from a Windows 10 user that when they launch powershell it takes over 30 seconds to start. Then if they run cd C:\ it takes 90 seconds. If they then run dir it takes 80 seconds. 

They have said if they remove ENS everything runs as expected (all powershell operations run almost instantaneously) 

I have tried to replicate this on a Win10 laptop and a Win10 vm, and I'm not seeing any delays.

Can anyone suggest anything they may have configured that means it is ENS causing this?

I would check on the following.

1. Is the ENS version same as your system?

2. Test Trellix Default Policies for all modules?

3. Disable all modules one by one and check if its related to any ENS module.
