I would like to request you to please open a Service Request with Support Team because this required Log Analysis.
If you are pushing it from ePO in that case logs would be available at Windows\Tem and standalone installation would in %temp%
Also you can refer the McAfee Agent logs if the machine is manage under ProgramData\McAfee\Agent\Logs and try to check masvc and mcscript.log
