ESTP blocking Zoom Mic

We recently have been having problems with Zoom Mic not working - and one of our European firms have reported the problem is solved by downgrading Mcafee. From a UK perspective we have recently embaked ESTP 10.7 for our Windows 10 workstations, we didn't embark ATP our Agents recently upgraded 5.6.2 to 5.6.6 Is there anything in this version that could put a blocker on Zoom (but it works fine on Skype/Teams). How would we go about troubleshooting such issue with McAfee - I think the downgrade is a red-herring? Many thanks,

Re: ESTP blocking Zoom Mic

Hi @Former Member,

Good day to you!

We would like to know if the issue is while accessing the application or does it gets blocked when you perform any specific action?

Does the application work if the McAfee modules are disabled?

ENS Threat prevention has 5 modules in it and we would need to isolate the component that is causing the issue.

Please open the ENS console and check the event log to check if there is any mention of the block, if yes, please share the screenshot with us to check further.

You can follow the steps mentioned in the article below to get the component isolation done.

Thanks,

AJ
