Endpoint Security Platform killing network connection until reboot

We're trying to rollout Endpoint Security Platform w/ Threat Prevention Module but we're noticing the network connection is killed once Endpoint Security Platform is installed. A reboot of the Windows 10 machine is required to restore network connectivity and afterwards we can successfully deploy Threat Prevention without issue. Any idea why ESP is killing the network connection? If it helps, here's a list of software we already have installed: 7-Zip Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Entrust Entelligence Security Provider 10 for Outlook Entrust Entelligence Security Provider 10 for Windows Forticlient Google Chrome Microsoft Office 2016 Thanks!

Re: Endpoint Security Platform killing network connection until reboot

Hi @User49499375

Were you able to find the cause of this?

ENS Platform shouldn't kill any network connections. It doesn't have any network features. If you said the ENSFW then I would be more suspicious. Are you migrating from VSE or are these fresh installs?

Re: Endpoint Security Platform killing network connection until reboot

No. I was not able to discover why.

These are fresh installs.
