@mohamedathick What version of McAfee Agent do you have installed and what version of ENSL? Task enforcement is a job of the McAfee Agent, so it is possible that there are issues with it that could be corrected by upgrading to a more recent build or reinstalling. You will need to review your Agent logs at the time of policy enforcement in order to proceed further in your investigation.

Hello,
The suggestion about verifying McAfee Agent is not bad but last time I faced similar issue with ODS scan, it turned out that we had to deploy a specific ENSL version because of compatibility.
Please verify your environment and respective ENSL installed:

Once we installed correct version scans were running fine and I was able to review scan results within ePO.
Best regards,
Nino
