Hi @User67313861 ,

We would require the following details to investigate.

1) Does the AmCore/DAT update fails?

2) What is the DAT version that is available for the Device in questions?

3) Is the device online (Check for the last communication date/time)

4) Click "Update Now" on endpoint security.
