Workaround was after manually updating using V3_XXXXdat.exe, version was auto-updating now.

Thank you for your post. Looks like one or more of the ENS components may have not installed properly. Can you kindly verify id the product is showing any error when you open the client UI?
If you have just deployed the product, I would recommend doing a reboot before updating it.
